    If a vendor doing business with the City of Las Cruces requests a Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate (NTTC) for proof of tax-exempt status, the form below needs to be completed, providing contact information for the vendor. In-state vendors must provide their New Mexico Combined Reporting System (CRS) number; out-of-state vendors need to upload a copy of their current W-9 form. Please ensure the federal tax ID number and address are clearly visible.
