LCPD is offering generous incentives for cadets. The incentives include:
- Up to $25,000 recruitment and retention incentive payment for new cadets.
- $20/hour during academy; $30/hour overtime.
- $24/hour at graduation; $36/hour overtime.
- $26/hour after probationary year; $39/hour overtime.
