Rental Spaces & Pricing

Auditorium

  • Capacity:
    • Up to 225 guests (chairs only)
    • Up to 110 guests (tables and chairs)
  • Rates:
    • $40/hour — Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
    • $60/hour — Monday–Friday, 5–10 p.m.
    • $60/hour — Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Meeting / Classroom

  • Capacity: Up to 20 guests
  • Rates:
    • $15/hour — Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
    • $30/hour — Monday–Friday, 5–10 p.m.
    • $30/hour — Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Game Room

  • Capacity: Up to 40 guests
  • Rates:
    • $30/hour — Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
    • $40/hour — Monday–Friday, 5–10 p.m.
    • $40/hour — Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Ping Pong Room

  • Capacity: Up to 20 guests
  • Rates:
    • $15/hour — Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
    • $30/hour — Monday–Friday, 5–10 p.m.
    • $30/hour — Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Reservation Information

  • Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • Time Blocks: Setup and cleanup time must be included in your reservation.

Facility Guidelines

Food & Decorations

  • Food, non-alcoholic beverages, gifts, and decorations are allowed.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
  • Decorations must not damage surfaces. Use removable adhesives such as command strips or glue dots.

Early Access

  • Renters may enter up to 15 minutes prior to the reservation time unless otherwise approved.

Cleanup & Responsibility

  • Cleanup Time: Must be completed within your reserved time.
  • Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.
  • Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage and associated repair or replacement costs.
  • Liability: Renters are responsible for all guests and vendors. Liability insurance or a deposit may be required.

Agreement

By reserving a facility, the renter:

  • Acknowledges and agrees to all rental policies
  • Accepts responsibility for all guests and event activities
  • Understands that failure to follow policies may result in loss of rental privileges
