Vendor Insurance Requirements

The type of goods and/or services a vendor may provide to the City of Las Cruces will dictate the type of insurance, certificates, and, endorsement the vendor may need. Proof of insurance, certificates, and endorsements are required prior to the execution of any purchase order or contract. Click here for information regarding the City's insurance requirements.
