Benefits Program
The City of Las Cruces’ Employee Benefits program provides and administers benefits to the employees of the City of Las Cruces, the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority, the South Central Solid Waste Authority and the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley.
Goal
Our goal is to provide exceptional service and information in the administration of group health insurance, group life insurance, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 457 Deferred Compensation programs in a timely, honest, fair, cost-effective, non-discriminatory, and professional manner in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
