Who are the Members of UCAG?
The most recent Utility Customer Advisory Group was a 5 member Ad Hoc Committee established in May 2016 by resolution and tasked with reviewing rates for all four utilities provided to customers by Las Cruces Utilities gas, water, wastewater, and solid waste. The committee was composed of five volunteer Las Cruces residents:
Why Should I Want to Know More?
Everyone uses utility services and pays utility rates, either by paying monthly Las Cruces Utilities bills directly or through rent. Water was the first utility rate to be reviewed, followed by wastewater, solid waste and finally gas.
Can the Public Attend Meetings?
Yes! UCAG had met monthly at the Las Cruces Utilities offices, 680 N. Motel Blvd. The public is always welcome when meetings are held.
