Adaptive Activities & Sports
The City of Las Cruces Adaptive Sports and Recreation Programs assists adults, youth, and children with and without disabilities in using their leisure time to enhance their physical, social, emotional, intellectual and artistic abilities

Adults
Las Cruces Parks and Recreation offers a variety of activities for adults, including hiking, athletic leagues, and fitness classes.

Aquatics
The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of aquatic facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, as well as swim lessons, programs, and other special events.

Teens
The City of Las Cruces offers a wide variety of teen programming and recreation opportunities to enrich the lives of the teens in our community. Through programs, we provide opportunities for teens to practice and learn leadership skills, enhance personal growth, citizenship and life skills that empower them to be confident, productive members of society.

Walking
The goal of the walking program is to increase stamina and cardio vascular health. The program is designed to get participants walking for up to 60 minutes per session in 12 weeks!

Youth
Investing time in youth is investing in the community’s future. The Youth Services Section is committed to working in partnership with youth, families, and communities to provide programs that keep children safe, healthy and help them succeed in school and life.
