Dial-a-Ride is a paratransit service offered by the City of Las Cruces RoadRunner Transit. Dial-a-Ride provides origin to destination on-demand transportation service to qualified individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Dial-a-Ride vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially trained drivers. This information is also available as a brochure in English and Spanish.
RoadRUNNER Transit is proud to announce its zero fare service, providing an innovative public transit option for riders in the region. This zero fare service allows riders to enjoy unlimited rides on RoadRUNNER buses at no cost. Las Cruces City Council approved making RoadRUNNER Transit and Dial-a-Ride zero fare. The project is currently approved through June 30, 2023.

Once an application has been approved, a rider may schedule a ride by calling 575-541-2777. Dial-a-Ride accepts next day requests for ADA registered customers. We request cancellations be made at least one hour in advance.
We welcome visitors! Eligible visitors are more than welcome to use our service for 21 days out of the year. Please contact the Dial-a-Ride administration office at (575) 541-2777 to let us know when you will be here and we can provide you more information.
SENIOR CITIZEN TRANSPORTATION
Dial-a-Ride also offers origin to destination paratransit service to citizens age 60 or older.
To qualify to use service, senior citizens must be registered with the Seniors Transportation Program. To register, please call (575) 541-2777.
Due to high demand, a minimum of two weeks advanced scheduling is required. Call (575) 541-2777 to schedule your next ride through RoadRUNNER Transit’s Dial-a-Ride service. We request that all cancellations be made at least one hour in advance.
